Auberon is a city full of parks, cafes and nightlife. There should be enough community lots to entertain sims of all ages. I built Auberon for my particular style of play and aesthetics, but I spent a lot of time trying to make the world playable for anyone who may want to give this a try.  This is all done for aesthetics, but in  testing, it is playable for starter or retirement homes.   Most are 2 bedroom, one bathroom, no laundry and no parking. Note about Trinity Valley:   Trinity Valley is a neighbourhood in Auberon consisting of many small, narrow lots, about 10×20.  I do have big lots in this world, but you’ll notice the focus is on “small”. The idea (hopefully) is to get the Sims out and interacting with the rest of the world, not spending their lives hanging out in big lots that have everything they need. You’ll see a lot of small quarters in my world. My Sims 3 screenshots always come out dark for some reason) Night (All screenshots in this post have been edited for brightness and contrast only. More info available on DarkMirage’s forum thread: The populated world features 80 residential lots, 70 community lots, 24 empty lots, 2 houseboats with ports, a scuba diving lot, and an impressive collection of lots from TS3 EPs. Palekaiko Islands and Palekaiko Islands MV were released in 2013, one version is available on TS3 Exchange, the MV version (Monte Vista required) is available on MediaFire. One thing takes you to another, and so on, and so on. Funny how this happens with regularity on the Internet. I bumped into the thread announcing the release of DarkMirage’s new world ‘Palekaiko Islands’ while doing some research on houseboat ports.
